Commission Disclaimer
All commissions are sold as is. When commissioning the artist, you (the commissioner) will recognize that the image is subject to the artist’s interpretation. Commissions will be discussed between the artist and commissioner via e-mail before payment takes place.

For all commissions, the commissioner must recognize that any dissatisfaction with the final piece is a risk they will take. Commissions are non-refundable.

Termination of Service
If for any reason the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission, it must be done before payment at the latest. It will be too late after payment and/or completion of commission to terminate service. Rivreality Commissions will not refund the money if the commissioner does so.

Price Shifts
Depending on financial and economic circumstances, prices may increase or decrease from time to time.

Copyrights
For commissions, I (the artist) will acknowledge and respect that any and all original characters/creations to be drawn are copyright to you (the commissioner), and that you have given me permission to draw them in my style for you. As such, you must acknowledge that copyright and credit of the artwork itself will go to me.

You will also acknowledge that the commissions are for personal use only. Reprinting and redistributing commissions in any form for profit is a violation of the agreement.

You must also realize that the character/creation you ask of me to draw must be your original character/creation, and not of anyone else. Please understand that for legal purposes, I will not draw legally copyrighted characters/creations (Disney’s Mickey Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Warner Brother’s Looney Toons, Pokemon, Neopets, etc.), unless given permission from the business.

I (the artist) also hold the right to post commissioned works into my galleries for portfolio collection. If you do not wish for your commissioned image to be released please let me know.

Payment
Commissioners have the choice, depending on the service, to either pay the entire price before work begins or pay half before work and half after work is completed and sent.

Current forms of payment accepted are Paypal and credit card through Paypal. Types of currency other than the USD ($) must be discussed with the artist.

Acceptable Content
The following list is of specific content the artist will accept to draw by her own hand.

Unacceptable Content
